The Day They Got Married

It was a joining called love

The melting of two souls

The idea of two bones

Agreement of two hearts

Consummated in the bright darkness

Under the night’s sky

With the benevolence of the moon

The epiphany of the stars

The nature bears assurance of a bliss

The grasses bore witnesses

The tress danced to their tune

The world stood still when they finally touched

Sparkles of light

Visions so bright

Future so perfect

Till the evil birds showed up

And turned them vague

Making them shadows

On their happiest day

No doubt,

It was all in my dream.
